Does your easyPROTECT Home contract extend beyond your condominium insurance? If so, by subscribing to the co-owners pack, your share is insured in the event of an insured claim affecting the building's common areas. For example, if the facade of your building is vandalized with graffiti, the co-owners pack will reimburse you for your share of the cleaning or painting work required.
Coverage of property improvements
Have you installed a canopy or new high-end windows in your apartment at your own expense? These personal property improvements are never covered by the condominium insurance. In the event of a claim covered by your easyPROTECT Home insurance, your personal investments are protected with the co-owners pack.
