How long is my easyAPP account valid for?

Your easyAPP account exists as long as you have taken out at least one insurance policy with the LALUX Group (LALUX Assurances, LALUX Assurances-Vie or DKV Luxembourg) as a policyholder (and/or as an insured person in a group health contract offered by your employer).

Use of the LALUX easyAPP is not compulsory, but strongly recommended as it will simplify the management of your insurance contracts and your exchanges with your agent(s).

As soon as you are no longer a customer of the LALUX Group, your account is automatically closed.
