What insurance policies are displayed on easyAPP Home?
Only risks covered by a current contract are displayed in your customer area: non-life, liability, life and health insurance.
Future contracts and old contracts (cancelled, suspended or expired) are not displayed.
Generally, all data displayed is updated in real time, with the exception of certain personal data which requires internal verification before it can be implemented (this can take up to 48 hours). Your agent, if you have one, will be informed of all changes concerning an existing contract.
N.B.: In order to ensure good traceability, you will be informed by e-mail of all requests to modify your personal data made through your account. Data such as home address, date of birth or nationality can only be changed with the approval of your agent, as these data can potentially influence your insurance contracts.
