How to request a refund.

Refunds for the free LALUX Taxi service can only be requested via easyAPP. Now is the time to log in to easyAPP (if you haven’t already done so). Make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of our application (1.4.1.) before reporting a claim to LALUX TAXI.

Then follow the steps below to start requesting the reimbursement of your taxi journeys:

On the home page, once you have logged in to easyAPP, choose “Submit a claim”.
Under "Quick actions", click on “LALUX Taxi reimbursement”.
Select the car insured with the Performance formula
Under “Date of taxi” enter the date on which the taxi return trip was made
Upload a proof of payment including the details of the journey: destination address, number of kilometres travelled and amount paid
Send the form to finalise the reimbursement request

Connecting to easyAPP for the first time

How do I log in to easyAPP and easyAPP Home?

easyAPP is the mobile version of your personal LALUX Group area. Before connecting to it, you first have to download it from the App Store or Google Play.

easyAPP Home is the desktop version of your personal area. You can access it from the LALUX Group website at easyAPPHome.lalux.lu - there’s no need to download an application.

As soon as you have downloaded the easyAPP mobile application or when you are on the easyAPP Home login page for the first time, you must create your account, i.e. “register” so that the LALUX Group can identify you as a customer.

Here are the various steps in the registration procedure:

Enter a valid e-mail addres
Enter your LALUX customer number, customer number or DKV insurance number (visible directly in your e-mail)
Verify/provide your mobile/smartphone number
Create a personalised password

Who are easyAPP and easyAPP Home for?

LALUX easyAPP and easyAPP Home are two practical digital tools for accessing your personal LALUX Group area. easyAPP is available as a mobile application (iOS and Android), easyAPP Home as a desktop version. They are accessible to all existing private customers of the LALUX Group, allowing them to view the following types of guarantees:
