easyAPP Home : the new online customer area of the LALUX Group

After the release of the LALUX easyAPP mobile app in 2021, the LALUX Group has recreated easyAPP Home, its new customer area allowing LALUX customers (life and non-life insurance) and DKV Luxembourg customers (health insurance) to consult and manage all their insurance contracts in one place.

• For users of the mobile app, no need to create a new account, it is possible to log in with the same login data (email and password).
• For new users (or former users of lalux for you), it is necessary to create an easyAPP account (fill in customer number, mobile number, email and define a password)  

Go to easyAPP Home and take advantage of a wide range of digital services such as health claims, claims declarations, changing your personal data or requesting documents such as tax certificates and attestations, while maintaining close contact with your agent.
