LALUX Taxi - Terms and conditions

If you are not fit to drive, the company will reimburse the cost of a taxi to take you home safely. This preventive service is offered to private customers (excluding legal entities) subject to the following conditions and limits:

• cover is limited to cars insured with LALUX as part of the “Performance” insurance pack(insured vehicle)
• the LALUX Taxi service is available to the policyholder, their spouse and/or children (insured persons)
• the company only covers the taxi ride home
• the insured persons have actually driven the insured vehicle
• for the return journey, the insured persons were no longer fit to drive the vehicle
• the cost of transport may not exceed EUR 200 for a journey of up to 70 kilometres

You are entitled to three LALUX Taxi journeys per insured vehicle for the duration of the campaign.
