What is my customer number and password and where can I find them?

• Your customer number: you will find your customer number on your insurance contract under the heading "Policyholder(s)". It is a 9-digit number. Be careful not to confuse it with your contract number.

N.B.: Some life insurance customer numbers contain a letter, a space and punctuation characters, but the encoding in easyAPP is done WITHOUT the letter, without spaces and without punctuation characters.

• Your insurance or policy number: DKV Luxembourg customers can use their insurance or policy number to register in easyAPP (and/or easyAPP Home) as an alternative to their customer number.
  Your password: you can set your own password, which you must enter every time you log in. Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including at least one character from three of the following four categories: a number, a lower case letter, an upper case letter, a non-alphabetical character (!,$,%,...). If you can't remember your password, you can set a new one online by following the "Forgotten your password" link on the easyAPP login screen (and/or easyAPP Home).
