Following the measures taken by our Government to fight against the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we inform you that our head office as well as all our agencies are currently closed to the public.
Our headquarters
All precautionary measures have been taken to protect the health of all of our employees. This is why a large part of our employees now work remotely (home office). In view of the resulting coordination challenges, we urge you to contact your agent as a priority and apologize for any unusual delays.
Exchanges between clients and agents
Our agents are at your disposal by telephone and by any other means of digital communication (email, customer area). In order to ensure timely treatment, please do not send your insurance / warranty requests or claims by mail.
Important notice for our "car insurance" customers
Some garages and repair shops have had to close following the latest government announcements, blocking access to customers. As a result, some customers were unable to collect their vehicle.
